“Bless the LORD, O my soul! O LORD my God, Thou art very great; Thou art clothed with splendor and majesty.” Psalm 104:1, Nasb

Father in heaven,

There’s so much about You that I don’t know. But I do know this:

You are faithful, wise, and compassionate. Holy. Holy. Holy.

You’re merciful, majestic, magnificent, and mighty.

You. Are. Love.

You’re light and life—eternal and gracious.

You are forgiving and patient … full of joy and tenderhearted.

You’re just and righteous, perfect and all-knowing.

You are my refuge, my strength, my shield, and my rock.

You never fail.

Lord, as long as I live, teach me more about You.

Your character exceeds my deepest thought—Your beauty outshines the brightest light.

God, stir my heart to seek You all my days.

Your love engulfs me like a massive wave, washing over and reorienting me.

Your love refreshes me as a gentle rain lifts sagging blooms.

Your love softens me like water mixed with clay, shaping what is into what will be.

Jesus, You are my life and breath. Without You I can do nothing.

You, God. You. Are…

My Everything. And I worship You.

In Jesus’ Matchless Name,

Amen.
