Abba, Father,
You amaze me. You know exactly what questions race through my mind–what doubts pierce my peace and trouble me deep inside. Patiently You listen, allowing me to process my thoughts. And all the while, You have a plan.
Sometimes You speak directly into my experience through Your Word. Every time this happens, You amaze me.
Only You could have directed me to the Scripture verse, then to the note in my Bible, which dealt precisely with my burden. Only You could clear the fog of discouragement by shining truth’s brightness.
You amaze me. I rejoice in the wonder that You know me so well–inside and out.
I marvel in Your love.
In Jesus’ precious name,
Amen.
