The Pouring Prayer

Pour over me

Daddy my God

Like relentless rain

Flood me with Your presence …

 

Pour into me

Spirit of God

Flow abundantly

Drench my thirsting spirit …

 

Pour through me

Jesus my Lord

Spill through this vessel

Beauty for brokenness.

 

Can’t get enough of You –

Heartbeat and breath I breathe

Faithful Father, my Friend …

Cherished One who loves me.

 

Gracious God in heaven

Pour over, into me

Surrounding and filling

Until You pour through me.
